The PROFESSIONAL CULINARY ARTS program has been designed to prepare students for entry-level employment as a cook and/or to enter private practice.
Asian Culinary Arts Program

The ASIAN CULINARY ARTS program has been designed to prepare students for entry-level employment as a cook and/or to enter private practice with a specialty in the Asian culinary arts.
